Booking Policy

These prices are a guide only. As all hair is differs in length, thickness, and condition prices may vary accordingly. This also depends on which stylist you are booked with. If extra time or product are needed prices will be subject to change.

A 48-hour cancelation notice or appointment change is required, or a cancelation fee of 50% will be charged. An invoice will be sent via SMS to your phone. We require you to finalise payment within 3 business days. Please call through to the salon if you need to make any changes to your appointment.

Dry offs are included in all colour services.

Krop Hair is happy to do adjustments within a two-week period following your appointment, our goal is for you to love your hair. Beyond this two week period full charges will apply.
